Due to the digital nature of our products and services, the following refund policies apply:
2.1 Mobile Applications
- Refunds for mobile applications are subject to the respective app store policies (Google Play Store, Apple App Store)
- We cannot process refunds directly for app store purchases
- Please contact the respective app store for refund requests
2.2 Web Tools and Services
- Free web tools and services are provided without charge and no refunds apply
- Premium web services may be eligible for refunds within 30 days of purchase
- Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis
3. Custom Development Services
For custom software development services:
- Refunds are not available once development work has commenced
- Partial refunds may be considered if work is terminated early by mutual agreement
- All refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of project initiation
